If I rent an office here, how many carpark would I get and what’s the charges like?

The car park space allocation is 2000sf to 1 floating season pass. For example, if you are renting a 4000sf office, you will be allocated 2 floating season parking space (subject to monthly carpark charges).

The Car Park rate starts from RM318 per month for floating season pass and RM636 per month for reserved bay.

The tenants here can also choose to park at KL Eco City Mall commercial parking at hourly rate with no maximum cap.

Another parking option is at the Mid Valley/The Gardens. You may park your car here and use the link bridge to walk across to KL Eco City.

Some tenants also choose to park at the Multilevel Car Park below Abdullah Hukum Mosque at hourly rate basis and also monthly season parking basis.

If I rent an office in KL Eco City, besides the monthly rental, is there any other monthly charges which I need to bear?

The additional charges which you need to bear are depending on which building your office is located.

If your office is located within the Corporate Office Towers of Mercu 2 or Mercu 3, your monthly rental would have included the monthly service charge and the centralized air-conditioning charges during office hours. The additional monthly utilities that you’ll need to bear would be water bills, your own internet/ phone charges and electricity charges (except the electricity charges for centralized air-conditioners during office hour).

If your office is located within The Pillars or the Strata Office Towers, you’ll need to bear your own internet/ phone charges and all electricity charges (including the electricity charges for air-conditioning during office hour).

In addition to the above, you should also allocate some funds for parking charges as well.

Is there any KL Eco city office for sale?
Yes. The strata office here are available for sale ranges from the size of 1035sf to 1971sf per unit.
